Expression of Interest for Sales Distribution Entrepreneurs
Lesotho Flour Mills is inviting suitable entrepreneurs to express their interest in managing the distribution operation of its Flour, Sugar and Maize branded products. Please review all requirements carefully before proceeding to the application form.
To manage the distribution operation of Lesotho Flour Mill's Flour, Sugar and Maize branded products in accordance with the contractual agreement and set standards.
The Sales Distributor will be responsible for:
Plan daily workload.
Complete daily deliveries.
Supervise delivery team.
Manage settlement findings.
Execute delivery with SD-owned fleet or may request assistance where need arises.
Maintain and enhance customer relations.
Maintain and enhance company image.
Outlet development remains Sales Distributor's responsibility.
Order generation is done by Lesotho Flour Mills.
Services are exclusive to Lesotho Flour Mills products: Flour, Sugar and Maize , and non-competing alternative products.
Must have experience as an entrepreneur.
Must reside in the area of operation & possess community insights.
Product & industry knowledge (Flour, Sugar, Maize).
Connected truck operation.
Must have own fleet of minimum 2 delivery trucks, 10 tons ideal.
Must understand Transport Legislation.
Strong Customer Orientation.
Strong conceptualization and comparison ability.
Must have warehouse space of minimum 1,000 sqm or access to one that is available.
COSC/GCE minimum requirement.
Entrepreneurship certificate or equivalent is an added advantage.
Code 10 Drivers License.
R500K guarantee fee.
Full name and contact details.
Proof of residence in the area of operation.
Company registration documents (if applicable).
Proof of vehicle fleet / truck ownership.
Tax Clearance Certificate.
Trading License.
Certified copy of ID and Code 10 Drivers License.
Clean criminal & credit record.
Must be prepared to work minimum 6 days a week.
